Flute and Violin Duet sheet music – You and I for Violin (solo or group) and Flute Duet is a short piece that show case young musicians, especially the violinists.  The piece uses only open strings of the violin – G D A E.  The violinists only have to focus on the right-hand playing bowing and pizzicatos.  In this way, they can concentrate on producing good tone quality without have to concern about the intonation.  The piece also features the switching back and forth between arco and pizzicato.  The flute part has beautiful but simple melodic lines that enhances the tone colors of the piece.
